Cavity plate structure
The invention discloses a cavity plate structure. The structure comprises a core plate layer, a facing layer and a backing layer, the facing layers and the backing layers are coupled to the upper side and the lower side of the core plate layer in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively. The core plate layer comprises a cavity structure body of a honeycomb structure, the cavity structure body comprises a plurality of honeycomb grids which vertically extend, and each honeycomb grid is of a structure with a rhombic cross section defined by four vertical plates. According to the cavity plate structure, the rhombus structure is adopted to replace a traditional honeycomb structure, and under the condition that the middle layer is made of the same material and the same mass, through a deflection deformation test, the rhombus structure has smaller deflection deformation compared with the honeycomb structure, and higher rigidity is embodied. Similarly, under the condition of reaching the same rigidity as a traditional honeycomb structure plate, the rhombus structure can save more materials, saves the materials, is environmentally friendly, reduces the weight, is convenient to install, and improves the working efficiency.
