A preparation method of heat-insulation reflective artificial colored sand for buildings comprises the following steps: (1) pouring an organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, nano ATO powder, pearl powder, an ultraviolet light absorber, water, polyvinyl alcohol, absolute ethyl alcohol, a dispersing agent and pigment into a stirrer according to a certain proportion, heating to a certain temperature, and fully stirring and mixing for 2-3 hours to prepare heat-insulation reflective color paste for later use; packaging for later use; (2) pouring a certain amount of natural sand and the heat-insulating reflective color paste into a stirrer, and dispersing at a high speed for 1-3 hours; and filtering out the sand with the surface coated with the heat insulation and reflection color paste, and drying at 130-150 DEG C to obtain the high-performance artificial colored sand with full color and luster, heat insulation, reflection, water resistance and weather resistance. The thermal-insulation reflective artificial colored sand for the building prepared by the method is low in cost and excellent in weather resistance, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and has good market development and application prospects.
一种建筑用隔热反射人工彩砂的制备方法,步骤如下:(1)按一定比例将有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液、纳米ATO粉体、珠光粉、紫外线吸收剂、水、聚乙烯醇、无水乙醇、分散剂、颜料倒入搅拌机中,加热升温至一定温度后,充分搅拌混合2‑3h,制备出隔热反射色浆,封装待用;(2)将一定量的天然砂子和所述隔热反射色浆倒入搅拌机中,高速分散1‑3h后;将表面包裹了隔热反射色浆的砂子滤出、经130℃‑150℃烘干之后,制得色泽度饱满、隔热反射、防水、耐候功能的高性能人工彩砂。本发明方法制备的建筑用隔热反射人工彩砂不但成本低廉,耐候、防水防腐性能优良,具有很好的市场开发和应用前景。
