The invention provides a novel ceramic integrated powdering process. The novel ceramic integrated powdering process comprises a wet ball milling pretreatment stage and a dry powdering stage, in the wet-type ball-milling pretreatment stage, various single materials for preparing the ceramic powder are treated respectively, and the wet-type ball-milling pretreatment method comprises the following steps: adding water and ball-milling; removing iron and sieving to obtain slurry; homogenizing in a pulp tank; dehydrating the slurry to obtain clods with the water content lower than 20%; crushing the mud blocks, and drying at low temperature to obtain pretreated mud with the water content of less than 10%; in the dry method powder preparation stage, various pretreated pugs obtained through wet ball milling pretreatment are treated, and the method comprises the following steps: proportioning according to a ratio; dry type ball milling is conducted, wherein the pretreated pug obtained after batching is ground into fine powder; sieving the fine powder; humidifying and granulating; drying and hardening; and sorting and aging. According to the invention, various organic matters and impurities in the ceramic raw material can be effectively removed, the high-quality standard ceramic raw material is obtained, and the energy consumption can be effectively reduced.
本发明提供了一种新型陶瓷集成制粉工艺，包括湿式球磨预处理和干法制粉两个阶段；在湿式球磨预处理阶段，先对用于制备陶瓷粉料的各种单料分别进行处理，其步骤为：加水球磨；除铁、过筛，得到浆料；浆池均化；浆料脱水，得到含水量低于20％的泥块；泥块破碎、低温干燥，得到含水量低于10％的预处理泥料；在干法制粉阶段，对经过湿式球磨预处理而获得的各种预处理泥料进行处理，其步骤为：按比例配料；干式球磨，将配料后的预处理泥料粉磨成细粉；细粉过筛；增湿造粒；干燥硬化；分选和陈腐。本发明能有效的去除陶瓷原料中的各种有机质、杂质，得到高品质的标准陶瓷原料，并且能有效降低能耗。
