Preparation process of gypsum retarder
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a preparation process of a gypsum retarder for prolonging the setting time of gypsum mortar, gypsum boards and gypsum blocks, which comprises the following steps: preparing an intermediate product of the gypsum retarder, preparing mother liquor of the gypsum retarder and preparing gypsum retarder powder. An intermediate product of the gypsum retarder is synthesized through amidation reaction of acrylate and aliphatic polyamine, and the intermediate product is further copolymerized with olefin sulfonic acid (salt) and an acrylic monomer to generate the macromolecular copolymer gypsum retarder with proper molecular weight. The molecular structure of the gypsum retarder prepared by the process contains carbonyl, acyl, sulfonic group, carboxylic group and other groups, so that the calcium ion complexing performance is improved, the solubility of gypsum is reduced, the formation of crystal nucleus is delayed, the coagulation time is effectively prolonged under the condition of low doping amount, and the strength loss is effectively reduced through electrostatic repulsion and long side chain steric hindrance.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其是涉及一种用于延长石膏砂浆、石膏板及石膏砌块凝结时间的石膏缓凝剂的制备工艺,包括制备石膏缓凝剂中间产物、制备石膏缓凝剂母液和制备石膏缓凝剂粉体。通过丙烯酸酯和脂肪族多胺的酰胺化反应,合成石膏缓凝剂中间产物,该中间产物与烯烃磺酸(盐)、丙烯酸单体进一步共聚反应生成分子量适宜的大分子共聚物石膏缓凝剂。通过该工艺制备的石膏缓凝剂,分子结构中含有羰基、酰基、磺酸基、羧酸基等基团,提升对钙离子的络合性能,降低石膏的溶解度,延缓晶核的形成,低掺量下有效延长凝结时间,并通过静电排斥及长侧链空间位阻作用,有效降低强度损失。
