The invention provides a vertical assembling method for a steel bridge assembly, which comprises the following steps: S100, assembling a first beam and a second beam into a beam assembly in advance on the ground, and hoisting the beam assembly to a bridge floor mounting position for coarse positioning; s200, after the allowance of the lower port of the beam assembly is subjected to fine trimming and cutting based on the coarse positioning assembly data, the beam assembly and a bridge floor support are assembled in place; s300, a third beam and the beam assembly are pre-assembled on the ground in advance; and S400, the third beam is hoisted to the bridge floor, and the third beam, the beam assembly and the bridge floor support are assembled in place. According to the vertical assembling method for the steel bridge assembly, through the pre-assembling technology, the beam assembly is positioned by fully utilizing the guide support and the positioning flange, and the bridge assembling work can be efficiently and safely completed.
