The invention relates to equal-thickness cement soil stirring wall forming equipment which comprises a main machine and a milling stirring head, and the milling stirring head is provided with a chain type stirring system, a milling head and a deviation rectifying device at the same time. A chain type stirring system and a milling head are arranged on a milling stirring head at the same time, two mature wall forming technologies of a TRD construction method and a CSM construction method are integrated, and the two construction characteristics of vertical layered stirring of a CSM double-wheel milling deep stirring drilling machine and overall stirring of a TRD construction method machine along the wall depth are combined, so that mixed cement soil is uniform in quality in the depth direction, and the construction efficiency is improved. The stability is high, the obvious water stopping effect can be achieved, and the method can easily deal with several different stratums such as cohesive soil and hard soil and complex stratums which are staggered with one another. Meanwhile, the perpendicularity of the formed wall is guaranteed, the construction process is not limited by sites, turning can be easily achieved, the operation efficiency and the construction cost are further guaranteed, and waste of manpower and electric power cost is avoided.
