The invention relates to a road reconstruction and expansion damaged roadbed splicing method which comprises the following steps: step 1, rolling and tamping a foundation in a to-be-constructed area on the outer side of a slope toe to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation; secondly, grooves are dug in the ground, and prefabricated anti-skid toes are placed in the grooves; thirdly, a first layer of gabion is placed, and the gabion and the anti-skid toe steel bars are welded; 4, building stones in a gabion, and then sealing the gabion with a net cage; fifthly, fine-grained soil or cohesive soil is filled between the inner side of the first layer of gabions and the original roadbed slope in a layered mode and tamped layer by layer till the gabions are horizontal; sixthly, full-grouting soil nail construction is conducted, and soil nail steel bars and gabion net pieces are welded; and seventhly, second-layer gabion construction is conducted, the fourth step to the sixth step are repeated, layer-by-layer construction is conducted to the slope top area or the top of the original roadbed slope damage area, and therefore gabion steps are formed. The method can guarantee the stability of the original roadbed, and has the advantages of effective control of roadbed splicing differential settlement, simple and safe construction, high construction efficiency and good universality.
本发明涉及一种公路改扩建破损路基拼接方法,包括:步骤一、在坡脚外侧待施工区域内,碾压夯实地基,提高地基承载力;步骤二、地面开挖沟槽,放入预制好的防滑趾;步骤三、放置第一层石笼,石笼与防滑趾钢筋进行焊接;步骤四、将石料砌筑于石笼内,然后网箱封盖;步骤五、第一层石笼内侧至原路基边坡之间分层填筑细粒土或粘性土,逐层夯实,夯至于石笼水平;步骤六、全注浆土钉施工,土钉钢筋与石笼网片焊接;步骤七、进行第二层石笼施工,重复步骤四至六,逐层施工至坡顶区域或者原路基边坡损毁区域的顶部,从而形成石笼台阶。本发明可保障原路基稳定性,具有有效控制路基拼接差异性沉降、施工简便安全、施工效率高、保通性好的优点。
