Cold region pile foundation anti-freezing and anti-pulling device and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-freezing and anti-pulling device for a pile foundation in a cold region and a mounting method of the anti-freezing and anti-pulling device. The anti-freezing and anti-pulling device comprises a base, a stabilizing cylinder, limiting plates, sliding sleeves, springs, guide rails and balls, and the stabilizing cylinder vertically penetrating through the base and the limiting plates capable of moving up and down are arranged on the top face of the base; a sliding sleeve with a gear is fixed to the side, close to the pile foundation, of the limiting plate. The lower portion of the sliding sleeve is connected with the base through a spring. A guide rail matched with the gear is mounted on the outer surface of a barrel body of the stabilizing barrel; and a gap between the stabilizing cylinder and the pile body is filled with balls. The device not only can effectively prevent the power transmission line tower foundation from being unstable and inclined due to upward pulling force generated by tangential frost heaving force of frozen soil, but also can avoid the situation that a pile foundation sinks and is unstable due to remelting of the frozen soil and further damages a power transmission line, and solves the problem of tower footing stability of permafrost and seasonal frozen soil.
本发明公开了一种寒区桩柱基础防冻拔装置及其安装方法,所述装置包括底座、稳固筒、限位板、滑套、弹簧、导轨、滚珠,其中:所述底座的顶面设置有垂直穿透底座的稳固筒和若干块可上下移动的限位板;所述限位板靠近桩基础一侧固定有带齿轮的滑套,滑套下方通过弹簧与底座相连;所述稳固筒的筒身外表面安装有与齿轮相匹配的导轨;所述稳固筒与桩身空隙处充填有滚珠。该装置不仅能有效防止输电线路杆塔基础因冻土切向冻胀力产生的上拔力而失稳倾斜,同时能够避免因冻土复融导致桩基下沉失稳,进而破坏输电线路,解决了多年冻土和季节性冻土的塔基稳定性问题。
