The rigid waterproof sleeve is used for allowing the drainage pipe to penetrate through; and fine stone concrete is filled between the rigid waterproof sleeve and the drainage pipe. In the using process, the periphery of the drainage pipe is sleeved with the rigid waterproof sleeve for protection, meanwhile, the position between the rigid waterproof sleeve and the drainage pipe is filled with the fine stone concrete, the drainage pipe can be protected, and the drainage pipe is not prone to being damaged.
