The invention discloses a recoverable precast concrete frame structure system which comprises a plurality of concrete columns (1), concrete beams (2) and floor systems (4), the concrete columns (1) are connected longitudinally and transversely, the floor systems (4) are connected between the concrete columns (1) and located on the concrete beams (2), and detachable energy consumption devices are arranged on the concrete beams (2); the upper and lower adjacent concrete columns (1) are detachably connected; and the side edge of the floor system (4) is detachably fixed on the concrete beam (2). The recoverable prefabricated concrete frame structure system has the advantages of being simple in structure, direct in force transmission path, easy to construct, easy to disassemble, replace and reassemble, controllable in component performance, low in cost and the like, a building which is slightly damaged after an earthquake can be rapidly repaired, and the cost for repairing and recovering the building is low.
