The method comprises the steps that firstly, structural adhesive is smeared on the surfaces, making contact with each other, of the built-in bamboo canes and the cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel, and then the built-in bamboo canes are placed in hemming grooves in the cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel; and steel nails are injected into the side wall of the cold-formed thin C-shaped steel to form a wall bone column, and embedded bamboo strips are fixed on the side edges of the cold-formed thin-walled U-shaped steel bottom beam and the cold-formed thin-walled U-shaped steel top beam according to the same method. A plurality of wall bone columns are fixed to the cold-formed thin-walled U-shaped steel bottom beam and the cold-formed thin-walled U-shaped steel top beam to form a wall framework; then the two layers of 45-degree bidirectional orthogonal bamboo canes are connected with the wall framework on the front face of the cold-formed thin-walled section steel through steel nails, and the steel nails penetrate through the cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped section steel and the cold-formed thin-walled U-shaped section steel and are fixed to the embedded bamboo canes.
