The invention provides a flame-retardant sandwich heat-preservation laminated wallboard which comprises A-type stainless steel truss steel bars, an inner leaf concrete layer, a cavity layer and an outer leaf belt heat-preservation concrete layer, the inner leaf concrete layer, the cavity layer and the outer leaf belt heat-preservation concrete layer are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, and the cavity layer is arranged between the inner leaf concrete layer and the outer leaf belt heat-preservation concrete layer. The cavity layer is made of cast-in-place concrete. According to the scheme, through prefabrication of the vertical component of the fabricated building, the advantages of the laminated component are fully played, the self weight is reduced, the heat preservation layer is arranged in the wallboard, subsequent heat preservation layer construction of the building is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile the green and low-carbon requirements of the low-energy-consumption building are met; the fireproof A-level material arranged on the outer ring of the wallboard heat preservation layer can enable each prefabricated part to form self fireproof blocking, and the fireproof performance of building outer wall heat preservation can be enhanced.
