The invention relates to a wall surface construction process based on an assembly type wall protection plate. The wall surface construction process comprises the following steps: coating a binding agent on the back surface of the wall protection plate or a wall surface in different areas; the wall protection plate is preliminarily pressed on the wall face, so that the binding agent is located between the wall protection plate and the wall face; the wall protection plate is lifted until the top end of the wall protection plate abuts against the ceiling; the wall protection plate is pressed in the wall face direction again, the flatness of the wall protection plate is detected, the pressing depth of the wall protection plate is locally adjusted according to the detection result, and pressing leveling is conducted till the flatness of the wall protection plate reaches a preset value; and according to the steps, the next wall protection plate is laid in the width direction of the wall face in sequence till the whole wall face is full of the wall protection plate. The overall construction process is simple, rapid leveling can be achieved, the overall construction efficiency is improved, construction noise is greatly reduced, and labor is saved.
本发明涉及一种基于装配式护墙板的墙面施工工艺,包括:在护墙板的背面或墙面分区域涂抹粘结剂;将护墙板初步按压在墙面上,使得粘结剂位于护墙板和墙面之间;抬升护墙板直至护墙板的顶端抵接在天花板上;再次向墙面方向按压护墙板,并检测护墙板的平整度,依据检测结果局部调整护墙板的按压深度而进行按压找平,直至护墙板的平整度达到预设值;依据上述步骤沿墙面宽度方向依次进行下一个护墙板的铺设,直至铺满整个墙面。本发明的整体施工流程简单,可以实现快速找平,提升了整体施工效率,并大大降低了施工噪音,也利于节约劳动力。
