According to the invention, the UEA micro-swelling agent, the water reducing agent, the broken stone, the coal ash and the pumping retarder need to be added when the concrete is proportioned, so that the bleeding rate of a concrete mixture can be reduced, and the gas content can be increased, thereby meeting the pumping requirement.
