The invention relates to a prefabricated building reinforcing structure and an assembling method thereof. The method comprises the steps that s1, holes are formed in a structural wall in advance, and first supporting pieces are fixed through first bolts; s2, a hole is formed in the structural beam in advance, and a second supporting piece is fixed through a second bolt; s3, the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are relatively fixed through a connecting bolt; and s4, the first fixing nut is matched with the first fixing bolt, and the second fixing nut is matched with the second fixing bolt, so that the reinforcing piece is fixed to the corresponding position between the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece. When each component of the reinforcing structure is mounted, the pre-tightening force of each bolt for fixing the component is adjusted in real time according to the mounting condition of each component, and the mounting stability of each component is effectively ensured, so that the whole reinforcing structure can effectively support a building main body; and the reinforcing efficiency of the reinforcing structure is further improved.
