The invention discloses a double-spherical hinge support beam column anti-seismic structure system and a construction method. In the structure system, the bottom of a steel beam is fixedly connected with a steel beam support; an isometric bowl-shaped bulge is arranged in the center of the lower surface of the steel beam support; the supporting top plate is mounted at the top of the steel column; the bowl-shaped protrusion of the steel beam support is arranged in the bowl-shaped groove of the supporting top plate. The stiffening plate is arranged at the joint of the top end of the steel column and the lower end of the supporting top plate; the bottom of the steel column is provided with a steel base plate and fixedly connected with the upper surface of the concrete buttress through the steel base plate. The lower surface of the concrete buttress is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the anti-seismic spherical hinge; the anti-seismic spherical hinge is mounted in a groove in the upper surface of the concrete bearing platform; and a damping rubber pad with a hole in the middle is also arranged between the anti-seismic spherical hinge and the concrete bearing platform. The double-spherical-hinge support is adopted for connection, displacement in any direction caused by earthquake loads can be resisted, meanwhile, part of the earthquake loads are absorbed through the damping rubber pad, and structural displacement is reduced.
