A controller, a food cabinet, an air conditioner, a carbon dioxide sensor, an oxygen sensor and a temperature sensor are arranged in the personnel cabin, a refrigeration carbon dioxide bottle is connected with the air conditioner, an air bottle and an oxygen bottle are respectively connected with the personnel cabin through pipelines, the carbon dioxide sensor and the oxygen sensor are connected with the air bottle through the controller, and the oxygen bottle is connected with an air outlet valve of the personnel cabin. The temperature sensor is connected with the air conditioner through the controller. The rescue capsule is compact in structure, and long-term survival and high-temperature protection of a refuge site can be effectively considered.
