The invention discloses a movable steel pipe support for bridge construction and a using method of the movable steel pipe support. The movable steel pipe support comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of fixing columns and a gradienter are installed on the top face of the bottom plate, a top plate is fixedly connected to the top ends of the fixing columns, a supporting plate is arranged above the top plate, and a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders are installed between the supporting plate and the top plate; a group of moving mechanisms and four groups of adjusting mechanisms are mounted on the bottom surface of the bottom plate; and the moving mechanism comprises four first threaded cylinders and a driving assembly used for driving the four first threaded cylinders to rotate, first threaded rods are in threaded connection with the interiors of the first threaded cylinders, movable plates are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the four first threaded rods, and a plurality of moving wheels are installed on the bottom surfaces of the movable plates. By arranging the moving mechanism, the device can be integrally reused, after a section of construction of supporting is completed, the device can be integrally moved away from the lower portion of a completed bridge, then the device is moved to a next section of construction position through the moving mechanism, the time for disassembling and assembling the support is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
