A connecting sleeve mounting seat is arranged on a lower-layer iron base plate, and a retaining shoulder, a round through hole and a boss buckle are arranged on the connecting sleeve mounting seat; a middle rubber base plate is mounted on the lower-layer iron base plate, and an upper-layer iron base plate is mounted on the middle rubber base plate; a round through hole matched with the outer circle of the connecting sleeve is formed in the upper-layer iron base plate; an inner boss and a flange are arranged on the connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve is inserted into the round through hole of the upper-layer iron base plate, the arc surface of the inner boss is in contact with the lower iron base plate connecting sleeve mounting seat, the upper surface of the inner boss is in contact with the lower surface of the lower iron base plate retaining shoulder, and the lower surface of the connecting sleeve flange is in contact with the upper surface of the upper iron base plate; and the anti-rotation buckle is inserted into the round through hole of the lower-layer iron backing plate and is clamped by the boss buckle on the lower-layer iron backing plate. The anti-rotation buckle is adopted to limit rotation of the connecting sleeve, failure of the connecting structure is prevented, the limiting mode of the buckle mode is stable and reliable, and installation and maintenance are convenient.
