The connecting beams and the bases which can be prefabricated in advance are jointly and detachably assembled to form the supporting foundation, the supporting foundation can be put into use after being installed, and the construction period can be shortened; the whole construction cost is low, all parts can be replaced, construction and maintenance are easy, assembly and disassembly are convenient, turnover use can be achieved, a foundation does not need to be cleaned after box girder construction is completed, and manpower, material and machine consumption is greatly reduced.
