The invention discloses a multi-span cast-in-place beam moving support structure system and a construction method thereof. The multi-span cast-in-place beam moving support structure system comprises a plurality of sets of moving supports, anchoring systems, distribution beams and unloading blocks, and the multiple sets of moving supports are arranged in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of a bridge; the movable support comprises a bearing truss, a stand column, a longitudinal beam, a cross beam, a walking mechanism and a jacking mechanism. The two sides, in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, of the bearing truss are fixed through stand columns, longitudinal beams are fixed to the upper ends of the stand columns and the bearing truss, and the lower ends of the stand columns on the two sides of the bearing truss are fixed through cross beams respectively. A plurality of groups of walking mechanisms and a plurality of groups of jacking mechanisms are fixed below the cross beam; the walking mechanisms are arranged to be capable of driving the movable bracket to walk; the anchoring system comprises an opposite-pull screw rod and a connecting cross brace, and a web plate of the cross beam is provided with an open hole. The utilization rate of the support structure is improved, and the problems that a common support is large in erecting and disassembling frequency, high in cost and unable to move are solved.
