The invention provides a bridge with a simple structure and a continuous bridge deck and a reinforcing and construction method. The bridge comprises a pier, a first precast beam, a second precast beam, an integration layer, an asphalt concrete layer and an ultra-high performance concrete layer. The first precast beam and the second precast beam are arranged on the pier. The gap between the first precast beam and the second precast beam is located in the corresponding area of the working face of the pier. The integration layer is located on the sides, away from the piers, of the first prefabricated beams and the second prefabricated beams. The asphalt concrete layer and the ultra-high performance concrete layer are located on the side, away from the pier, of the integration layer and cover the integration layer. Wherein the ultra-high performance concrete layer at least covers the area above the pier top of the pier. Asphalt concrete in the area above the pier top is replaced by ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), the ultra-high tensile property and crack resistance of the UHPC are used for improving the crack resistance of a bridge deck continuous layer, rainwater on the bridge deck is prevented from permeating into an existing integrated layer, and therefore the appearance and durability of a bridge are improved.
