The steel joist is characterized in that the steel joist can be matched and prefabricated in a factory and is transported to a site to be prefabricated and installed. The steel joist comprises a top plate and a web plate, and rectangular grooves are formed in the two sides of the upper surface of the top plate and used for containing newly-added rubber supports. The steel joist is connected with the concrete pier through anchor bolts on the steel hoops. A gap of 2 cm is formed between the steel hoop and the concrete pier and used for being filled with UHPC grouting materials. The UHPC grouting material is ultra-high performance concrete and has excellent mechanical properties, and the anti-overturning steel joist device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and suitable for construction work of high pier reinforcement; the method has no requirement on an under-bridge construction operation platform, and can be used in water, severe geological conditions such as soft foundations and high piers; compared with a reserved profile steel method and a reserved through-hole profile steel method, the construction method belongs to a lossless construction method, and the appearance and the load bearing performance of the structure are not influenced; the construction period is short, and the influence on the existing traffic is small.
