The invention discloses a walking type pushing device and a bridge demolition construction method, and relates to the technical field of bridge demolition construction.The walking type pushing device comprises a plurality of longitudinal beam sliding ways used for being erected on temporary piers below a bridge, and the length of each longitudinal beam sliding way is larger than the distance between a first node and a second node which are adjacent to each other; the at least two pushing parts are used for being assembled on the temporary piers, and the pushing parts are used for jacking a bridge and driving the bridge to move horizontally; the counter-force sliding block assemblies are used for being placed on the longitudinal beam sliding ways or the temporary piers and can move along the longitudinal beam sliding ways, and when the counter-force sliding block assemblies are placed on the longitudinal beam sliding ways, the counter-force sliding block assemblies are used for supporting the first joints or the second joints. In the existing steel truss girder pushing method dismantling process, the sliding block with the counter-force and displacement adjusting function is adopted to bear vertical force, the walking type pushing device provides a pushing mode of horizontal pushing force for the sliding block, and meanwhile the advantages of common dragging type pushing and walking type pushing are absorbed.
本发明公开了一种步履式顶推装置及桥梁拆除的施工方法,涉及桥梁拆除施工技术领域,其包括:多段纵梁滑道,其用于架设于桥梁的下方的临时墩上,每个纵梁滑道的长度均大于桥梁两个相邻的第一节点和第二节点之间的距离;至少两个顶推部,其用于组设于临时墩上,顶推部用于起顶桥梁,并带动桥梁水平移动;至少两个反力滑块组件,其用于落放在纵梁滑道或临时墩上,并可沿纵梁滑道移动,且当反力滑块组件落放在纵梁滑道上时,反力滑块组件用于支撑第一节点或第二节点。本发明在既有钢桁梁顶推法拆除过程中采用带反力与位移调节功能的滑块承担竖向力,步履式顶推设备为滑块提供水平推力的顶推方式,同时吸收了常用的拖拉式和步履式顶推的优点。
