A seaside fixed wall, a landside fixed wall and a bottom earth-rock seawall form a sandwich cavity; the movable core wall is vertically arranged in the sandwich cavity; a plurality of water diversion holes are formed in the lower part of the seaside fixed wall; a plurality of water drainage holes are formed in the landside fixed wall higher than the land surface; one end of the lower water diversion pipe is correspondingly inserted into the water diversion hole, and the other end of the lower water diversion pipe penetrates through the earth-rock seawall; one ends of the drainage pipes are inserted into the drainage holes of the landside fixed wall in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the other ends of the drainage pipes penetrate through the earth-rock seawall and extend out of the landside slope. The flood control wall has the advantages that the hydraulic difference inside and outside the flood control wall can be within a certain range, and when a rare extreme disaster occurs, the flood control wall main body structure does not collapse through active flood discharge and reduction of dam top overflow, the land overflow speed and impact energy are greatly reduced after flood discharge, and the flood control effect is improved. Not only is the flood control wall structure guaranteed, but also the land life and property safety is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种泄洪自升式防汛系统,海侧固定墙、陆侧固定墙以及底部的土石海堤构成夹心空腔;活动芯墙竖直设置在夹心空腔内;海侧固定墙的下部具有若干个引水孔,陆侧固定墙高于陆地表面的位置具有若干个排水孔;下引水管水平设置在土石海堤内,一端对应地插入引水孔中,另一端贯穿土石海堤;排水管的一端一一对应地插入陆侧固定墙的排水孔内,另一端贯穿土石海堤,从陆侧坡面伸出。其优点在于既能使防汛墙内外的水力差在一定范围,又能够在遭遇罕见的极端灾害时,通过主动泄洪,减少堤顶漫溢,从而使得防汛墙主体结构不垮塌,泄洪后大幅削弱陆域溢流速度和冲击能量,既保全了防汛墙结构又保障了陆域生命财产安全。
