The invention relates to a system for accelerating settlement of a rock-fill dam, the system comprises a plurality of vibration devices and a power supply, the plurality of vibration devices are used for being pre-buried in the rock-fill dam, each vibration device comprises a shell and a vibration mechanism arranged in the shell, the vibration mechanism is used for driving the shell to vibrate, and the vibration frequencies of the plurality of vibration devices are the same; and the power supply is arranged outside a dam slope at the downstream of the rock-fill dam and is electrically connected to the vibration mechanisms of the vibration devices through cables. By means of the technical scheme, the settlement speed of the rock-fill dam in the construction period can be increased, the compactness of the rock-fill body is improved, and the quality and safety of the rock-fill dam are guaranteed.
