When a telescopic assembly drives an inner supporting frame to move towards one side of a main hoisting part through a driving part, a wedge-shaped block is limited by a pile clamping groove, and a guide rail is obliquely arranged on the inner supporting frame; the wedge-shaped block gradually slides to the end close to the inner wall of the outer supporting block along with the end, away from the inner wall of the outer supporting block, of the guide rail, and then the wedge-shaped block is pushed to move outwards to penetrate through the pile clamping groove, so that the wedge-shaped block expands to support the inner wall of the steel pipe pile; the self-weight of the steel pipe pile can be converted into vertical acting force on the inner wall of the steel pipe pile, so that the friction force of the pipe wall can be improved, the effect that the steel pipe pile is pulled more and more tightly can be achieved, pile disengaging is avoided, the equipment safety is improved, meanwhile, the steel pipe pile with the larger specification can be clamped, and the weight clamping range of the steel pipe pile capable of being clamped by the pile turning device is widened.
本发明涉及一种内胀式夹桩翻桩器,当伸缩组件通过驱动部带动内支撑架往主吊装部一侧运动时,由于楔形块被夹桩槽限制,且导轨倾斜设置在内支撑架上,故楔形块将随导轨远离外支撑块内壁的一端逐步滑移到靠近外支撑块内壁的一端,进而推动楔形块向外运动穿处夹桩槽,使得楔形块胀开撑住钢管桩内壁,同时由于钢管桩在加持状态下会拉动楔形块下移,使钢管桩的自重能转化成对其内壁的垂直作用力,也就能提高管壁摩擦力,越拉越紧的效果,避免脱桩,提高设备安全性,同时让其能夹持更大规格的钢管桩,提高翻桩器可夹持钢管桩的重量夹持范围。
