The invention belongs to the technical field of deep foundation pit construction, and discloses a foundation pit deformation control method which comprises the following steps: S100, building a guide wall at a target position; s200, a foundation pit enclosure wall is built; s300, a horizontal support is arranged between the two opposite side portions of the foundation pit enclosure wall; s400, a soil body is excavated in the surrounding range of the foundation pit enclosure wall and below the horizontal support; s500, reinforcing treatment is conducted on the root portion of the foundation pit enclosure wall; and the step S300, the step S400 and the step S500 are circularly and sequentially conducted till the foundation pit is constructed to the preset depth. Through the foundation pit deformation control method, foundation pit deformation can be effectively controlled, and the control range is effectively widened.
