When the underground street-crossing pipe gallery is used, an inner cavity of the pipe gallery body can be monitored through arrangement of a water level monitor; a signal can be transmitted to a PLC, a water pump is started through the PLC, water in an inner cavity of the pipe gallery body can be pumped into atomizing nozzles through mutual cooperation of a water pumping pipe, a water outlet pipe, a communicating pipe, a sealing ring, a limiting ring and the atomizing nozzles, vegetation on the street side is watered and maintained, and therefore the water pumping pipe, the water outlet pipe, the communicating pipe, the sealing ring, the limiting ring and the atomizing nozzles are prevented from being damaged, and meanwhile the service life of the pipe gallery is prolonged. The vegetation maintenance cost can be reduced, pumped water can be filtered through a filter screen, damage to the water pump is avoided, meanwhile, a communicating pipe can be protected through a sleeve and a transverse plate, and damage to a water pipe is avoided.
