The invention belongs to the field of mortise and tenon buildings, and particularly relates to a wooden building reinforcing tenon structure which comprises a rod beam, stand columns, cornice purlins, L-shaped rods, screws and nuts. Two tenons on the lower sides of the two ends of the rod beam are matched with mortises A in the upper ends of the two stand columns in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, and inclined planes B on the stand columns are matched with inclined planes A on the rod beam; the rod beam and the two stand columns are transversely tensioned and fixed together through matching of a screw rod and a nut which transversely penetrate through the rod beam, the two stand columns and the rod beam. The tenon-and-mortise joint is thin but not used as a bearing part, the bearing part is the inclined plane A on the rod beam and the inclined plane B on the stand column, it is guaranteed that the cross section of the bearing part of the rod beam has a large height while it is guaranteed that the enough bearing area exists between the rod beam and the stand column, and therefore the bearing strength of the tenon-and-mortise structure is improved, and the service life of the tenon-and-mortise structure is prolonged. A steel plate does not need to be additionally arranged to reinforce the tenon-and-mortise joint, and the service life of the tenon-and-mortise structure is effectively prolonged.
