According to the novel heat preservation structure integrated wall structure and the construction method, the outer steel wire mesh and the heat preservation material layer are firmly connected through the heat insulation connecting piece, the concrete protection layer and the concrete wall structure layer are poured at the same time after the formwork is erected, and the heat preservation layer and the structure layer are connected into a whole through the bond stress of concrete; and integration of a heat preservation structure is achieved. The structural safety and stability are improved through vertical ribs in the concrete protective layer; the concrete vibrating operation space is enlarged, so that the construction is more convenient; meanwhile, the bonding firmness between the concrete and the thermal insulation material is enhanced, and falling is avoided; the bond length of the heat insulation connecting piece in the concrete is increased, the bond stress is higher, and the integrity of the heat preservation layer and the structural layer is higher. And the glass fiber reinforced plastic ribs (GFRP) are used as heat insulation connecting pieces, so that heat bridges are reduced. The heat insulation material, the reinforcing mesh and the heat insulation connecting piece are convenient to machine off site and easy to assemble on site, the outer side of the heat insulation layer is provided with the concrete protection layer with the thickness not smaller than 50 mm and also serves as the fireproof layer, and the relevant provisions of the building design fireproof specification GB 50016-2014 (2018 edition) are met.
本发明提供一种新型保温结构一体化墙体构造及施工方法,通过断热连接件将外钢丝网片和保温材料层牢固连接,支模后同时浇筑混凝土防护层和混凝土墙体结构层,利用混凝土的握裹力将保温层和结构层连接成一个整体,实现了保温结构一体化。混凝土防护层中的竖肋增加了结构安全性和稳定性;加大了混凝土振捣作业的空间,使施工更方便;同时增强了混凝土和保温材料之间的结合牢固度,避免产生脱落;增加了断热连接件在混凝土里的握裹长度,握裹力更高,使保温层和结构层整体性更强。采用玻璃纤维增强塑料筋(GFRP)做为断热连接件,减少了热桥。保温材料、钢筋网片、断热连接件在场外加工方便,现场组装简单,保温层外侧做不小于50mm厚混凝土保护层兼做防火层,满足规范《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016‑2014(2018年版)的相关规定。
