The invention relates to the field of building structure energy dissipation components, and discloses a multi-lead-core viscoelastic damper which comprises lead cores, a viscoelastic material layer, a rigid material layer and a connecting plate, the viscoelastic material layer, the rigid material layer and the connecting plate are each provided with a plurality of through holes, and the lead cores are located in the through holes; according to the multi-lead-core viscoelastic damper, all parts of the multi-lead-core viscoelastic damper are reliably connected, so that the working performance of the damper is stable, and the multi-lead-core viscoelastic damper can bear composite deformation of pulling, bending and shearing at the same time within the ultimate bearing capacity range; all-direction energy dissipation capacity is achieved; the lead cores are distributed in a scattered mode, and the initial rigidity and the energy dissipation capacity of the damper are improved. The structure can be used in the same period, replacement and maintenance are not needed, and the comprehensive economic benefit is high. The device is connected with an embedded part in a structure or a support (pier) through a bolt, is flexible in arrangement, is convenient to install in practical engineering, and does not affect the use function of a building.
