The invention relates to a metal roof smoke exhaust skylight base system which comprises a smoke exhaust skylight base, a sliding part, a wind-resistant fixing part and a smoke exhaust skylight reinforcing assembly. The smoke exhaust skylight base is fixed to a metal roof board through a fastener. The sliding piece is connected with the smoke exhaust skylight base and penetrates through the metal roof panel and the roof purline from top to bottom to form a non-fixed penetrating structure; the wind-resistant fixed part is fixedly connected with the sliding part; the smoke exhaust skylight reinforcing assembly is arranged in a roof purline interlayer, and the two sides of the smoke exhaust skylight reinforcing assembly are arranged on the wind-resistant fixing pieces on the two sides in a buckled mode to form a sliding connection structure. Compared with the prior art, the double functions of stress and enclosure are achieved, the stress performance is excellent, and the durability and the wind uplift resistance are remarkably improved.
