The fabricated building partition wall board comprises a core layer board located in the middle and calcium silicate boards located on the two sides, the core layer board is prepared from, by weight, 320-380 parts of cement, 128-152 parts of water, 4.5-5.5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1.1-1.5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 15-32 parts of modified polyphenyl particles, 135-205 parts of a reinforcing agent and 3-7 parts of modified foam sponge, and the reinforcing agent comprises ash calcium powder, resin rubber powder and silica fume. The ratio of the ash calcium powder to the resin rubber powder to the silica fume is (20-30): (3-5): (4-6). The fabricated building partition board can be used for indoor fabricated wall construction, and has the advantages of high compressive strength while keeping the thermal insulation performance.
