The beneficial effects are that through cooperation of the hollow ball head, the spline housing and the helical gear, the vehicle door can be opened and closed at any angle; the screw is in transmission with the hollow ball head, so that the vehicle door can be driven to be opened and closed at any angle; and the hollow ball head swings in the two sub-sleeves, so that the problem of interference caused by angle change when the door is opened and closed is solved.
