Crystal glazed tile manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the crystalline glazed tile manufacturing process which has a good devitrification effect under the condition of high-temperature fast firing and can improve the firing efficiency and the rate of finished products. The method comprises a green brick preparation process, a glazing process and a sintering process which are carried out in sequence, the glazing process comprises the steps of spraying ground glaze and spraying cover glaze, the ground glaze is sprayed twice, and the cover glaze is sprayed three times after the ground glaze is dried; wherein the ground glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-94 parts of a solvent, 2-4 parts of a cosolvent, 8-12 parts of black clay and 2-3 parts of a colorant, the solvent of the ground glaze comprises 60%-65% of potassium feldspar, and the cosolvent is calcined zinc oxide; the cover glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 29-34 parts of a solvent, 44-50 parts of a crystallizing agent, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 5-7 parts of black clay, 2-4 parts of titanium dioxide and 7-12 parts of zirconium silicate, and the crystallizing agent is in a supersaturated state in the cover glaze. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic tile manufacturing.
本发明旨在提供一种在高温快烧条件下析晶效果好、能够提高烧成效率和成品率的结晶釉面砖制造工艺。本发明包括依次进行的砖坯制备工序、施釉工序以及烧成工序,所述施釉工序包括底釉的喷施以及面釉的喷施,其中底釉分两次进行喷施,待底釉干燥后分三次进行面釉喷施;其中按质量份计算所述底釉包括溶剂80‑94份、助溶剂2‑4份、黑泥8‑12份、色剂2‑3份,所述底釉的溶剂包括60%‑65%的钾长石,所述助溶剂为煅烧氧化锌;按质量份计算所述面釉包括溶剂29‑34份、结晶剂44‑50份、氧化锌3‑6份、黑泥5‑7份、钛白粉2‑4份、硅酸锆7‑12份,结晶剂在所述面釉中呈过饱和状态。本发明应用于建筑瓷砖制造的技术领域。
