Cold storage heat preservation fast door and self-resetting mechanism
The invention discloses a cold storage heat preservation fast door and a self-resetting mechanism. A top sealing assembly, a left side sealing assembly and a right side sealing assembly are completely sealed with a door curtain assembly through spherical seals capable of being deformed under pressure and/or brushes. Complete sealing is formed through the door curtain assembly, the spherical seals on the inner side and the outer side, the brushes and other components. Due to the fact that the inside is sealed and has the heating and drying functions, when the cold storage heat preservation fast door is frequently opened and closed in the low-temperature environment with the large inside and outside temperature difference, fast drying can be achieved even if water leaks on the surface of the door curtain, and therefore the good sealing and heat preservation effect can still be achieved in the ultralow-temperature environment (as low as-30 DEG C).
冷库保温快速门及自复位机构,顶部密封组件、左侧的侧部密封组件、右侧的侧部密封组件分别通过可受压变形的球形密封和/或毛刷与门帘组件形成完全密封。通过门帘组件与内、外侧的球形密封、毛刷等部件形成完全密封。因内部密封具有加热干燥功能,当冷库保温快速门在内外温差较大的低温环境下频繁开关门时,即使门帘表面存在漏水也可快速干燥,如此可实现在超低温环境(低至‑30℃)下仍能进行很好的密封保温效果。
