The invention relates to a split mounting type rail transit bridge deck system and a construction method. A vertical component is a prefabricated component, and the bottom of the prefabricated vertical component is provided with one of an inverted-T-shaped protruding embedded part or an opening rectangular-ambulatory-plane-shaped embedded groove; the surface of the beam body is provided with the opening rectangular-ambulatory-plane-shaped embedded groove or the T-shaped protruding embedded part matched with the bottom of the prefabricated vertical component. The prefabricated vertical component and the beam body are connected through clamping connection between the inverted-T-shaped protruding embedded part and the opening rectangular-ambulatory-plane-shaped embedded groove or clamping connection between the opening rectangular-ambulatory-plane-shaped embedded groove and the T-shaped protruding embedded part. The method has the advantages that by improving the connecting mode of the vertical wall and the fence foundation, prefabrication of vertical components is achieved, the field workload is reduced, the field construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened; by improving the continuity and integrity of the connecting piece embedded part, the prefabrication precision and efficiency are improved, the assembly error is reduced, and the assembly process is optimized.
