The invention discloses a net rack support suitable for a large-span net rack structure system and a using method thereof.The net rack support comprises a lower pre-buried assembly, an upper connecting assembly and a high-strength connecting piece, the lower pre-buried assembly comprises a support bottom plate, a pre-buried steel plate and an anchor rod, and the anchor rod and the pre-buried steel plate are both pre-buried in a concrete foundation; the support base plate is arranged on the embedded steel plate; the upper connecting assembly comprises a protective shell, a spring element, a support bolt ball and a self-adaptive anti-bending supporting piece, the protective shell is connected with the support bottom plate, the support bolt ball is installed in the protective shell through the self-adaptive anti-bending supporting piece and used in cooperation with the net rack rod piece, and the spring element is arranged on the net rack rod piece; when in use, the net rack support can be conveniently detached and replaced, so that the structure is basically in an elastic working state, and shock absorption and energy consumption are provided when an earthquake comes; meanwhile, by arranging the spring element, the deformation capacity of the support joint can be coordinated, and the advantages of being high in installation flexibility, convenient to use and adjust and good in buffering effect are achieved.
