The detection structure comprises a reserved hole in a floor slab, a prefabricated baffle is embedded in the floor slab, the lower portion of the prefabricated baffle is located in the floor slab, the upper portion of the prefabricated baffle extends to the position above the floor slab, and the prefabricated baffle forms a complete cofferdam surrounding the edge of the reserved hole. The detection method comprises the following steps that firstly, a complete cofferdam on a prefabricated baffle is formed; during floor construction, the prefabricated baffle is fixed, it is guaranteed that the cofferdam of the prefabricated baffle surrounds the edge of the reserved hole, and the prefabricated baffle is poured together with the floor; after the reserved hole is blocked, a local water closing test is conducted on the hole opening, so that the quality of the reserved hole is detected, and repeated leakage is avoided. 本发明公开了一种顶板预留洞防渗漏检测结构及检测方法。该检测结构包括楼板上的预留洞,楼板上预埋有预制挡板,预制挡板的下部位于楼板内,预制挡板的上部伸出至楼板的上方,预制挡板形成围在预留洞边缘的完整围堰。该检测方法包括如下步骤:首先形成预制挡板上的完整围堰;在楼板施工时,将预制挡板固定,并保证预制挡板的围堰围在预留洞的边缘,预制挡板随楼板一起浇筑;预留洞封堵后,进行洞口的局部闭水试验,以此检验预留洞质量,避免多次渗漏。本发明的有益效果:采用预制的混凝土块,施工方便,效率高,避免大面积的闭水试验,前期与主体同步施工,外露高度不影响后期地坪浇筑,同时提前的闭水检测,极大的降低了渗漏风险。
