The invention discloses a method for installing a clean plate of a clean room. The method comprises the following steps: leveling an installing surface, dividing and paying off the installing surface, cutting the clean plate, and gluing the clean plate: brushing an organosilicon waterproofing agent on the cross section of the clean plate for at least two times by using a brush; after the surface of the organosilicon waterproofing agent is dried, PE double-sided adhesive tapes are adhered to the periphery of the back surface of the clean plate; after the PE double-faced adhesive tape is pasted, building structural adhesive is evenly smeared on the middle portion of the back of the clean plate according to a spot bonding method; clean plate pasting: removing the covering film on the other side of the double-faced adhesive tape, sequentially pasting the clean plates on the mounting surface, and fixing the two adjacent plates on the mounting surface by adopting a wood keel pressing strip after pasting of the two adjacent clean plates is completed; and gaps between the clean plates are treated. According to the invention, the phenomena of hollowing, local or corner upwarp and seepage and impurities in gaps between the clean plates can be effectively avoided, the requirement of long-term use of the clean plates after paving can be met, the operation is easy, and the popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明公开了洁净间洁净板安装方法，包括如下步骤：安装面找平、安装面分格放线、洁净板裁切、洁净板涂胶：用毛刷在洁净板的截面上涂刷至少两遍有机硅防水剂；待有机硅防水剂表干后，在洁净板背面四周粘贴PE双面胶条；贴好PE双面胶后，在洁净板的背部中间部分按点粘法均匀地涂抹建筑结构胶；洁净板粘贴：揭除双面胶另一侧的覆膜，将洁净板依次粘贴在安装面上，相邻的两块洁净板粘贴完成后，采用木龙骨压条将相邻的两块板固定在安装面上；洁净板间缝隙处理。本发明能够实现有效避免洁净板出现空鼓、局部或拐角翘起、洁净板之间的缝隙出现渗液以及杂质的现象，能够满足洁净板在铺贴后长期使用的需求，易操作有利于推广应用。
