The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the raw materials, putting into an extruder, and extruding. The polyethylene geomembrane has the beneficial effects that the polyethylene geomembrane is subjected to micro-foaming, the mechanical property of polyethylene is maintained on the basis of controlling the foaming degree, and the polyethylene geomembrane has a permeation function, so that the polyethylene geomembrane has a drainage function; under the same specification, the micro-foaming polyethylene geomembrane can effectively reduce the mass per unit area, so that the overall weight is reduced.
