The invention discloses a steel structure bridge bolt construction quality control and maintenance method. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a straight line is painted on the surface of a bolt through a scribing tool; (2) performing final screwing operation on the bolt, identifying a lineation part in a bolt image by adopting an image identification technology, and calculating to obtain a final screwing angle; (3) numbering bolt nodes, and storing and recording bolt final screwing angles and construction information; (4) performing statistical analysis on the bolt final screwing angle data, and preliminarily setting a threshold value of bolt screwing qualification; (5) further determining a threshold value of screwing qualification in combination with a method of ultrasonically measuring the pretension force of the bolt; (6) according to the threshold value of bolt screwing qualification determined in the step (5), bolt nodes exceeding the threshold value are subjected to replacement or supplementary screwing treatment; and (7) after bolt coating is completed, scribing is conducted again. According to the invention, the screwing quality of the high-strength bolt is improved, the final screwing corner information of the bolt is digitally recorded, and the overall screwing quality of the bolt is improved.
