The bridge abutment deviation rectifying and reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of rows of pre-stressed anchor cables which are arranged in the length direction of a bridge abutment and a retaining wall and on the side opposite to the inclined direction of the bridge abutment and used for reinforcing the bridge abutment and the retaining wall. At least one row of reinforcing anchor cables are horizontally and oppositely arranged in the length direction of the top of the retaining wall and penetrate through the abutment body, and the reinforcing anchor cables are used for preventing the abutment body from inclining towards the abutment back side; the dowel bars penetrate through the retaining wall and abut against the abutment body, the bearing platform and the bearing platform lower pile respectively, and at least one row of dowel bars are arranged in the length direction of the retaining wall; the pushing device is arranged at the exposed end, located on the retaining wall, of the dowel bar and used for applying pressure to the dowel bar.
