The invention provides an artificial rainfall power generation method and system. According to the method, water vapor contained in seaside high-altitude air is used as a water source; cold seawater located in a deeper layer below the sea surface is pumped and circulated through a closed circulating water path formed by communicating a water inlet pipe, a circulating water pump, a heat exchanger or an evaporator at a high-altitude position and a water outlet pipe; ice-cold seawater flows through the heat exchanger or the evaporator, and cold energy contained in the ice-cold seawater is transmitted to the evaporator; the high-altitude air is led to an evaporator to be cooled, so that water vapor contained in the high-altitude air is condensed into fresh water, namely artificial rainfall; artificial rainfall is collected and stored in a high-altitude reservoir; artificial rainfall accumulated in the high-altitude reservoir flows through the hydro-generator, so that potential energy of water is converted into electric energy and the electric energy is output. According to the invention, nearly zero-energy-consumption artificial precipitation and water storage power generation are realized.
本发明提供了一种人工降水发电方法及系统,它采用海边高海拔空气中所含的水汽作为水源;将位于海面以下较深层的冰冷海水,通过进水管、循环水泵、热交换器或高海拔位置的蒸发器、出水管连通而成的闭合循环水路,进行抽送循环;使冰冷海水流过热交换器或蒸发器,将冰冷海水所蕴含的冷能传递给蒸发器;将高海拔空气引送到蒸发器上进行降温冷却,使高海拔空气中所含的水汽冷凝成淡水——人工降水;将人工降水收集积存到高海拔水库里;使积存在高海拔水库里的人工降水流经水轮发电机,以将水的势能转换电能并输出。本发明实现了近乎零耗能人工降水与蓄水发电。
