The invention discloses a super-large cantilever steel structure temporary support and a super-large cantilever steel structure support construction method. The temporary support comprises a roadbed box. The supporting vertical frame is fixed to the top face of the roadbed box, a distribution beam base plate is fixed to the top end of the supporting vertical frame, and a lifting adjusting piece is fixed to the top face of the distribution beam base plate. The construction method comprises the steps that the oversized overhanging steel structure temporary support is built between the main stand columns, suspension columns are installed on the top faces of the distribution beam base plates, and cable ropes are arranged on the two sides of the top ends of the suspension columns in a pulling mode; a bottom steel beam is installed between the main stand column and the suspended column; other suspended columns are installed on the bottom steel beam, and cable ropes are arranged on the two sides of the top end of the suspended column installed later in a pulling mode; inter-column supports are installed among the multiple suspended columns; a top steel beam is installed between the main stand column and the suspended column, and the cable rope and the temporary support are removed after installation is completed. Reliable support is provided for high-altitude assembly by using the temporary support, and the defects of a traditional construction method are thoroughly overcome.
本发明公开了一种超大悬挑钢结构临时支架及超大悬挑钢结构支架施工方法,临时支架包括路基箱;还包括固定在路基箱顶面的支撑立架,支撑立架顶端固定有分配梁垫板,分配梁垫板顶面固定有升降调节件。施工方法为:在主立柱之间搭建上述的超大悬挑钢结构临时支架,并在分配梁垫板顶面安装悬空柱,并在悬空柱顶端两侧拉设缆风绳;在主立柱和悬空柱之间安装底部钢梁;在底部钢梁上安装其他的悬空柱,并在后安装的悬空柱顶端两侧拉设缆风绳;在多根悬空柱之间安装柱间支撑;在主立柱和悬空柱之间安装顶部钢梁,完成安装后拆除缆风绳和临时支架。本发明通过使用临时支撑为其高空拼装提供可靠支撑,彻底解决传统施工方法的弊端。
