The invention discloses a preparation method of a water damage and aging resistant concrete asphalt pavement, which comprises the following steps: (1) aggregate preparation, (2) glass fiber modification, (3) asphalt preparation, and (4) asphalt pavement preparation. The strength and the water damage and aging resistance of the asphalt are enhanced by adding the glass fibers, the effect is remarkable, the flowing property of the asphalt needs to be improved, and the phenomenon that the asphalt aggregate is caked before being paved on a roadbed in time is prevented. According to the invention, the flowing property of the asphalt is changed by adopting polyethylene glycol, so that the performance is changed, meanwhile, the aggregate and the modified glass fiber are firstly mixed, and finally the asphalt is added for stirring, so that the asphalt is ensured to keep a high flowing property during paving.
本发明公开了一种抗水损老化砼沥青路面制备方法,包括以下几个步骤,(1)集料制备,(2)玻璃纤维改性,(3)沥青制备,(4)沥青路面制备。通过加入玻璃纤维增强沥青的强度和抗水损老化能力,效果显著,需要提高沥青的流动态属性,防止沥青集料还未及时摊铺在路基上就已经发生了结块现象。本发明采用聚乙二醇改变沥青的流动态属性,使性能发生变化,同时将集料与改性后的玻璃纤维进行先混合,最后加入沥青搅拌,确保在摊铺的时候沥青保持一个高流动的属性。
