The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant Y2O3-RETaO4 oxygen barrier/thermal barrier ceramic integrated material and a preparation method thereof.The high-temperature-resistant Y2O3-RETaO4 oxygen barrier/thermal barrier ceramic integrated material is prepared from rare earth oxide RE2O3, tantalum pentoxide and dopant Y2O3, the molar ratio of the rare earth oxide RE2O3 to the tantalum pentoxide is 1: 1, RETaO4 powder is synthesized through a solid-phase method, Y2O3 is doped into the RETaO4 powder, and after ball milling, drying and sieving, the high-temperature-resistant Y2O3-RETaO4 oxygen barrier/thermal barrier ceramic integrated material is obtained; and carrying out spark plasma sintering to obtain the Y2O3-RETaO4 oxygen barrier/thermal barrier ceramic integrated material. The material has low thermal conductivity, excellent high-temperature fracture toughness and excellent oxygen barrier performance, and can hinder diffusion of oxygen ions, avoid growth of TGO and prolong the service life of a coating.
