The invention discloses a maintenance car track beam installation method which comprises the steps that a first section of maintenance car track beam is fixed to the lower portion of a steel box beam on the ground through bolting, the first section of maintenance car track beam and the steel box beam are hoisted to a bridge site together, and a second section of maintenance car track beam to be installed and connecting bolts corresponding to the second section of maintenance car track beam are hoisted into a containing space of a maintenance car. The method is reliable in process and convenient to operate, solves the problem of installation of the track of the maintenance car when the operation platform at the bridge site is limited, avoids large-range erection of the construction operation platform, saves the cost of mounting and dismounting the bracket, performs construction operation by using the existing equipment, reduces the investment of personnel and equipment, saves the installation time, ensures the construction progress and the construction safety, and improves the construction efficiency. According to the construction method, a maintenance car and chain block equipment are used for installation, high applicability is achieved, the erecting and dismantling time of the support platform can be saved, large-scale hoisting equipment can be prevented from being input, and the construction cost can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开一种检修车轨道梁安装方法，包括在地面将第一节检修车轨道梁通过栓接固定在钢箱梁下方，与钢箱梁一同吊至桥址以及将待安装的第二节检修车轨道梁及与其相应的连接螺栓吊至所述检修车的容纳空间内等步骤，本发明工艺可靠、操作方便，解决了桥址处作业平台受限时，检修车轨道的安装难题，避免了大范围搭设施工作业平台，节约了支架安拆的费用，利用既有设备进行施工作业，减少了人员、设备的投入，节约了安装时间，保证施工进度及施工安全，利用检修车、手拉葫芦设备进行安装，具有较强的适用性，即能够节省支架平台的搭设及拆除时间，又能避免投入大型起重吊装设备，能够较大幅度的降低施工成本。
