The invention discloses a circulating water flushing type environment-friendly dredging construction method. A to-be-dredged river channel is dredged in a segmented mode through an earth rock cofferdam, the segmented river channel is divided into a sludge pool, a filtering pool I, a filtering pool II and a clean water pool, sewage in the sludge pool is pumped into the filtering pool I through a slurry pump, filtered through a filtering culvert pipe I, then filtered into the filtering pool II and filtered into the clean water pool through a filtering culvert pipe II, and then the sewage is discharged out of the clean water pool. Water in the clean water tank is pumped by a high-pressure water pump to flush the sludge tank, pollutants deposited in the filter tank are regularly salvaged, aired and harmlessly treated manually and mechanically, and finally, the steps are sequentially circulated until the river channel is clear; according to the circulating water flushing type environment-friendly desilting construction method, water resources are recycled, resource waste is reduced, the purpose of river channel desilting is achieved, meanwhile, secondary pollution is prevented, and the desilting efficiency is improved.
